Catalysts

Today, with the increase in energy demand as a result of industrialization and population growth, the consumption of oil and gas resources is increasing.

On the other hand, day by day, the number of oil and gas fields being discovered by human beings is declining, and besides, traditional and conventional methods of producing reserves are no longer fully respected. Therefore, the need to use new technologies in the oil and gas industry is felt. Due to the increasing use of nano technology in the petroleum, gas, refining and petrochemical industries, the application of this technology in the industries is mentioned. One of the things that has been overlooked in the downstream oil and gas industry with the advent of nanotechnology is the catalysts. Catalysts are used in most chemical industries and in all refineries and petrochemicals as a vital ingredient to accelerate chemical reactions.

Application of Catalysts

Oil and gas: The major use of catalysts in the petroleum industry is in the two processes of cracking (breaking down large molecules to small) and reforming (rearrangement and synthesis of molecules for production). In the petroleum industry, most of the Ziglernata catalysts, metal and organometallic catalysts are used

Petrochemical Units: Catalytic processes in this case occupy much less volume than those in the petroleum industry but produce extremely important and highly diverse products such as polyethylene and ethylene production, propane production, linear paraffin hydrogenation, cyclohexane production

Car catalytic converters: Used directly and indirectly in this section. In the exhaust of cars, a bed of solid metals such as Pt is placed on the base of the alumina and absorbs harmful hydrocarbons such as CO and so on

RASH has the ability to supply a variety of industrial catalysts for oil, petrochemical, gas and other companies based on its powerful trading unit
